VERY durable and strong! Sep 04, 2010 This set will NOT bend, or not crasp your lobster. The set is very strong, and will hold up to the task extremely well. The forks are made the same as the crackers, not flimsy or bend at all. The wash and look great out of the dishwasher. A very well made set. We have enjoyed them for several years.

These work well. Jan 09, 2007 I cook a lot of seafood at home and this set has come in handy. It's easy to clean and works much better than the old fashioned crab forks.
